When replacing a rooftop unit (RTU) on a commercial building, the footprint of the new equipment almost never matches the existing curb. Traditionally, contractors face two options: tear out the old curb and patch the roof opening, or attempt field modifications that compromise the weathertight seal.

RCS Universal Curb Adapters solve this problem at the factory. Each adapter is custom-fabricated to the exact dimensions of the existing curb on the bottom and the new unit on the top, with fully welded corners, factory-applied sealant, and internal insulation. The result is a single-piece transition that drops into place by crane, preserving the original roof membrane and drastically cutting install time.

Our engineering team works from your roof survey data or manufacturer cut-sheets to produce CAD-verified shop drawings before fabrication begins. Every adapter ships pre-drilled with matching bolt patterns and includes gasket material for a weathertight seal on day one.
