RCS Fan Curb Adapters are purpose-engineered for the unique demands of ventilation equipment. Unlike generic adapters, ours incorporate round-to-square geometry transitions, reinforced hinge-kit mounting points, internal grease drainage channels (for kitchen exhaust), and optional acoustic lining for noise-sensitive installations.
Each adapter is fabricated from heavy-gauge aluminum or galvanized steel depending on the application, and ships with pre-installed damper trays, access doors, and all required gasket material. Our CAD team will produce shop drawings from your field measurements or fan manufacturer cut-sheets for approval before cutting begins.
